I have been told the only place to currently get dull seeds is from bolglings in the swamps. Is that the case? Do they still produce seeds? How do I get secondary dull colors?

You can get dull seeds from other creatures but bolglings are the easiest to kill. There are also boglings along the coast near the south end of New Haven town. To get the secondary dull colors you need to cross pollinate the primary dull colors.
