Training ninjitsu using focus attack

Been years since I had to train up a skill... Tried training using focus attack on a horse... Was in guard zone told it to guard me then attack me and I kill it instantly... Not in guild ... Read up on how to do it and I one hit kill then all.
Can't remember how I use to do it... Thanks

Activate it and hit something. You could try a poison weapon on a wolf spider.

Once you are at 90 Use Shadow from mastery. on/off repeat.

Go to the Painted Cave or the New Haven mine if your not ready for the cave yet and just keep clicking on it as you while out wipe out the spawn. You can get all the bandages you need from the spawn in the cave.

Ya lots more fun than a spider. Painted cave wont run out of spawn and you can fill up on gold.
