Can you use "Use Best Weapon Skill" weapons to train a skill?

“Yes, so long as the skill you’re training is your highest weapon skill.
Meaning, if you have say 120 fencing and you use a ubws to try and train mace fighting, it won’t work as the ubws will be using fencing. However if you have no other weapon skill then it will work, same goes for mage weapon and mysticism weapon for training magery/mysticism”
