Matriarch Tree Stump disappeared from an Umbrascale satchel in my bank

I received a tree from the Matriarch. It was in an Umbrascale satchel in my bank. The satchel has been in my bank for multiple days. I haven't touched it.

I just got another tree. I opened the satchel that had the other tree in it. The first tree I got has disappeared, satchel says 0 items.

Just wondering if anyone else their trees have disappeared?

I made a screenshot when I got it. I tried to add it to this post, but it's not working, maybe because of the forum downtime, I don't know.

Edit: To add, I put this second tree in my bankbox aswell. I won't be touching it for the time being. If this one disappears aswell maybe there's something going on. And no one else in my household has access to my account, in case anyone wonders, my kids aren't old enough yet for UO

None of my 15 trees has disappeared, except for the ones that went into a container when I put them away.

I can't quite rule out human error, so if no one suffered a similar fate as me it could be me being careless in some way I don't remember.
