Would it be possible to change it to where there is always an Active zone in the circled area? I went in this morning to complete the "kill 100 Creatures" quest in Blackthorn's and there were no mobs in there other than the new Nightmare thing and the city of Jhelom pod with one mob. If there is a way to activate an area, please let me know, I asked in Chat and was told there wasn't. Thanks and have a wonderful day.

Still nothing spawning, and now the new nightmare thing isn't spawning either. @Kyronix

The dungeon must be fully cleared first. 🙂 It has not been fully cleared, which is why it has not respawned yet.

define fully cleared. I saw only the nightmare thing and I killed it.

All bosses (except for Bouldemort) must be cleared for the dungeon to begin to reset. Currently there are 3 Exarch's still alive in the Convergence Wing of the dungeon (the city cutouts).

Gather some allies and put out a call to arms!

Thank you for the clarification. as to the having to clear all the bosses, could you reconsider that? i'd like to have at least one room with mobs in it so when It's just me in the dungeon, I can do those quests. Thank you both for your time and answers, I do appreciate it.
