The gift was a nice touch.. last time I participate in something like that.. we ended up doing a jousting tournament with drunk characters.. was hella fun... one of many EA mistakes when they were in charge for "balancing" the game.. the begin of the end in my opinion for good Legit PvP action on an open world MMOrpg offering good OW PvE content.
(the UOA macro) for the new "dismount meta" was making me cringe.. I was using it, but it was a bit too much; instant dismount/swap on the club/activatr dismount/remount.. all that in a fraction of second.. for them to fix the last action (remount cuz of an added cooldown) couple months later.. was not making things any better for OW PvP... was way worst with people quitting refusing to pay for UOA.. dismount was a big part of PvP and one of the major reason why noob or casual would quit PvPing rage quitting without UOA against one of those heavy macro dismount.. potion they could always went one hander.. after that EA started adding more n more crap for PvP to automatize.. on top of UOA u needed to farm or craft tons of extra automation.. when very few people cried originally (like 90% of a tiny player base; is very few compare to what came next) cuz of AoS and the mandatory PvE in gauntlet for some of the broke PvPers for the one or two mandatory items (the bad PvPer that couldn't extract PS were crying cuz they could afford the 1-2 items they needed)
