as the title asks. it's nice that we are finally seeing attention being paid towards the third party clients, however could we please get back the (shortlived) option to click a little checkbox and have our passwords saved for the classic client? it was implemented maaaany years ago and was quickly removed as it saved the information in an unencrypted file (lol) in the root directory for the client. now that it's no longer 2001 anymore and technology has advanced a little bit it'd be great to have that option back.

Come on man, you know it take a second to open the file and another to copy it. that's three whole seconds.

You wouldn't be able to log in that quickly anyway, there was a delay added when changing characters.

this has been requested. Kyronix stated for CC and EC, they can't because it is a security risk

It was a feature years ago but turned out they stored it in a plain-text file in the UO directory. Yikes.
