Skill gain limit?

Is there any limit on daily skill gain? Started at 31 and at around 73 and wondered if the drastic slowdown as due to number of points gained, or just because of my skill level.

Different skills seem to have different gain curves. Focus and Meditate, while not linear, don't seem to have any drastic braking on their gain as they approach 100. The same goes for Resist Spells, which you can get to 100 in about 3 hours, letting yourself be chased around Old Haven by 3 or 4 spectral spellbinders. OTOH, skills like Magery and Inscription do seem to slow down drastically as they approach 100.

On the Siege Perilous shard there is a daily limit on skill gain (or at least there used to be). OTOH, gains are pretty much guaranteed for the first little while you are online. So if you play there regularly, you can achieve GM+ levels in a more or less linear fashion. Just don't expect to get to your goal template in just a few days.
