Can we bless the wings please or unbless the quiver...

Yes Clothing bless deed?

Bless deeds aren't free, so it's safe to say the necessary clothing bless deed is a "tax" of sorts.
At least there is wing armor!

Give it a break... it cost like 800gp to insure it. 

If you are that hard up for money I'll transfer you 1m gold which would be enough to insure it for over a year (1200+ deaths) if you will stop whining about something so minuscule.

Yet you want to argue with anyone that talks about this event going to Fel for PvP (ie continued oversight of Fel content).

Technically gargoyles have 1 less slot than humans so consider paying for your wing slot making it even.

Now that I understand how much it matters to you about small amounts of ingame gold I have developed a picture as to why its so important you think fel shouldn't have access to scrolls and dynamic events.  

As you also forget that trammel has roof. Underwater. Doom 

You should play the game smarter. You can make gold alot faster

Quivers are blessed so we do not lose arrows.

No other cloak slot items are containers. Therefore none are blessed when found. That is why you can insure or use a deed.

@Mariah can we close this nonsense thread and tell the OP to do research before posting nonsense.

The items are fine as is. 

Probably the general issue here is when new items are introduced, a checklist, including garg equivalency should be considered.

For a drop example, that is likely a common tradeoff item for this new luck item:
Despicable quiver = blessed,
Unforgiven veil = blessed (last I checked).

Sounds like a fair trade since jumus is not blessed and humans have to use a deed.

No, you missed the point.
Unforgiven veil is the garg equivalent to despicable quiver.  Both drop blessed.

Jumu needs the clothing bless deed regardless of who equips it.

Archers need arrows Gargs do not.  Arrows cost more than a BOD reward.

They should just delete the garg from the game, problem solved.

Most quivers do NOT come blessed.  None of the craftables, and not the ML quivers like quiver of elements, etc.

This is a fairly small inconsistency with this new item vs. the gargoyle equivalent, and it deviates from the way the despicable quiver/unforgiven veil was handled.  It's not really a design issue, it's likely an oversite when somebody selected the properties of the new item.

(suggesting to delete garg doesn't seem helpful, though they may not exist in NL).  As it stands now, gargs just need some QA and consistency love, items wise.

+1 to bless the wings… but please don’t unbless the quiver because there is no way to bless it in the game unless one has the legacy bless deed.

Try not to ask for one item, while asking to destroy another as alternative.
