They are restocked Stall H - 6. I had to remove the costumes to put more in.
Any of them will kill stuff in Hythloth. Just stay away from the Para Balrons cause they take a while on pets with no Chivalry. Lore them to see which have chivalry if you want to fight with them. Or try out Different abilities.
I see at least 2 more CUs are getting spawned in the Twisted Weld. I am assuming that is what the release notes meant by the Pixie Forest. Unless there is a different place called the Pixie Forest and I just can't find it.

The costume probably went back into the players credit.
