WRAITH form : does it leech any Mana with zero Spirit Speak ?

Is there any benefit in going into Wraith Form (seen players using wraith form scrolls to do that, in human form even with no Necromancy skill whatsoever, as 20 skill is minimum and humans have that for Jack of All Trades...) and thus increase one's own Mana even if the Template has zero Spirit Speak?

Also, what items have Necromancy skill on them ?

And there, it says

Formula – Spirit Speak / 5
– 20% at GM SS
– 24% at 120 SS

So, one would think that, with 0 Spirit Speak, the Mana Leeched would be 0 as 0/5 = 0

Yet, according to this Post of a player who did some testing on the Test Server, https://community.stratics.com/threads/any-numbers-for-spirit-speak-wraith-form-mana-leech-solved-results-within.53781/post-394104 , he/she came out with different findings

0 SS - appears to return 5% mana leech
50 SS - appears to return 12% mana leech
100 SS - appears to return 20% mana leech
120 SS - appears to return 22% mana leech

And, 

Math formula "appears" to be:
From my spreadsheet:
((SS/100) * 15)+5 = mana leech %

So, I am not sure....

Is the Formula for Mana Leech a simple " Spirit Speak / 5 " or a more complex " ((SS/100) * 15)+5 " which would make us get "some" Mana Leeched (5%) also with 0 Spirit Speak?

Also, is there an updated (with the new Rewards items from the new Events) list of what items come with +Necromancy skill points on ?

That post does not mention it.... although, he/she posts, from the Test Server findings, a different Formula which, would make up think that even not a human, that is, 0 Spirit Speak skill, it would still come out as 5% Mana Leeched...

Infact, if the actual Formula was to be : ((Spirit Speak/100) * 15)+5

We would get, with 0 Spirit Speak : (0 / 100) * 15 ) which is 0 and then + 5 which remains 5% ...

That is, with 0 Spirit Speak one would have at least 5% Mana Leeched....

If it was Human form, with 20 Spirit Speak, the formula resulting from the Test Server findings, would be : ((20 / 100) * 15) + 5 = 8% Mana Leeched...

And that is consistent with what he/she says to have found out on Test Server

I maintain artifact lists by collection and by item type. Only for luck, damage increase and spell damage increase do I maintain a list by property.

Spirit Speak is not required to maintain form.  Only Necromancy.

If necro leeches were effective in pvp they'd be nerfed to ninja....

so read again what i said, and how human jack of all trades works. they have hidden 20 necro and spirit speak. so, if they used a scroll and stayed in form, they had to be human, so they must have 20 hidden ss.

Based on all the information given, it appears that the answer to the original question is 8% if you are human and 5% if you are anything else.

Yes, just like the formula's given say, baring skill boosts, but dont confuse anyone because humans already have a skill boost.
