When uo.com is down, the account management page can be reached by clicking on the 'account' link on the game log in screen. For those who prefer to book mark the link in their browser the correct link is https://accounts.eamythic.com/

hmm, I checked it earlier when uo.com was offline, the accounts link worked at that time.
