Yup the site is down today.  It has been pretty reliable since this thread was made. 

And its back.

Looks like uo.com is back up. It's been up and down a lot recently, perhaps a migration of the web server is required as well?

They did a credit card announcement also.

And UO.com is down again.

Up now.  It has been out a few hours for a few days last week.

We have a website infrastructure upgrade on the roadmap that will hopefully address this issue.  Timeline is roughly the next 2 months.  We will keep you posted.

Hamster has fallen asleep again.

I must be cursed or something or the hosting is actually that dog dookie. I rarely go to UO.com and half the time I do it's down.

edit: hmm, it seems like it's up? But either really slow or throws 503 errors. Odd, perhaps just a minor hiccup.

Yup was down and now back and a few other unrelated web sites I go to were down and back. Coincidence?  Pixel supply had to catch up with demand?

It was up a few hours ago when I looked at the event page.  It was down the night before publish 120 went to the test shards, hoping it goes live tomorrow since its down now!

He is doing pretty good at keeping up with the website.  I also noticed it down yesterday.

Lots of informational stuff in the wiki.

Customers go through the site to download the official clients. The site being down also causes an error on the patcher.

Just the other week there was a post on Reddit of a new or returning player being unable to start the game because the site was down. They would not have the knowledge to access direct links.

It’s not improper to raise awareness about an issue on a forum which exists for the purposes of communication.

The team are aware of the problem, there is an upgrade scheduled, obviously it's not happening as soon as the team were hoping, please try to find some patience.

504 Gateway Timeout

Was working just fine yesterday and I doubt they're doing any work on the weekends, so...

It's back up. 

It was down another time for about 10 minutes that I noticed.  So, the return to service is better.
