AF was accumulated and the list was checked against the reward list.

I checked the list for a "Carved Bone Relic from Holmes", made sure it didn't say SHARD BOUND on it, and traded it.

The next item, an "IDOL OF WILDFIRE", has SHARD BOUND written on it.

However, the item I got does have the SHARD BOUND attribute on it.

My week-long effort has ended in vain.

Is this a problem with the Japanese client?

Is this a problem with the Japanese client, or is it something else?

I have no idea which is the correct information given by the development team.

all items are shard bound.

the Wildfire Ostard comes as a statue, but when a GM tamer makes it into a pet
it can then transfer to another shard.

I also heard, that once the pages of lore (1-9) are added to a Book of Lore,
that it is no longer shard bound.

Thanks for the comment.

I understood that all exchange items are SHARD BOUND.

However, I did the exchange thinking that since the points were reduced, the change was made to match that.

This is because I thought the in-game redemption menu was ultimately correct.

I think the SHARD BOUND notation in the exchange menu should be standardized.
