Missing the distillery item from Rustic Theme Pack

The other day I purchased the Rustic Theme Pack from Origin.com. The code worked in the account window. But when I used the code in the promotion code window of the Ultima Store I only received the raised garden bed. I never received the distillery item. Is this a known issue?

It's actually a tinker crafted item.

The theme pack lets you use them to make custom liquors, but Arroth has the right of it. Hunt down a tinker to make it for you, or make it yourself if you have a tinker.
