i found some in a chest but don't remember if it was stash cache mage warrior etc
which T chest spawns whips?

whips are regular weapon loot in Eodon chests.

i found them in eodon alright assassins chest was a hoard i did not sure of other types (did i mention i hate Allosaurus...)
