Also I think theres a bug, if 8-9-10 or more spellweavers are present only some of them get the sw circle stone. Anyone confirm this?

If it's more then 5 people on the circle you have to cast it yourself to be sure you get it. Not sure if it's the first 5 on that gets it or how it selects who is getting it.

Ej accounts and training solves the low population problem.

You can also stone off weaving on your main character, go to the circle with 5 brand new EJ accounts for a full focus and then restore weaving for a full power focus (just lasts a couple hours less than a skilled focus).
