There was a thread on here that just vanished, mentioned using shadow iron runic and not the DC to make 100% cold easier ... Can someone help an old returning player out with this info? Is the runic used to reforge or is the runic hammer used to actually create the weapon ... this is to get 100% cold without reforging.
