can a Ej account with Legend expansion , chance Hawkwind's robe into Tabard ?
cause hi is able to get Humble titel.. hmmm....?

we try few times... he can enter the swish part. but not let him change strange,

can Ej account with Legend expansion , chance Hawkwind's robe into Tabard.
he is able to let spawm mobs , and enter the place to swish.. but still not let him do after 3 runs
