So I was an idiot and while scouting housing spots I accidentally placed a house. I demo'd that house instantly but that in turn made my main house "condemned".
Theres an option in the house sign, "securely replace this house." If i choose that option and replace my house, will it act like a new house and not be condemned since the old one is gone? Im not sure if this would be a quick fix to the condemned problem.
