question about oracle of the sea

this will be the first!! and i was wondering is there a timer? once i use the oracle to find Charybdis do i have an hour or can i look find his possible location gather boats and guild etc

Coming from the guide, though some seems to be out of date, or a bit sketchy.

Charybdis is a sea monster that can be summoned by using a special spyglass called the Oracle of the Sea and a special fish bait. The summoning is limited to once every seven hours per shard. although the Oracle can only generate a new one if the previous isn't raised correctly once every 24 hours.

that is outdated... the location is good for 1 hour.
if you successfully summon it, then that oracle has to wait for 24hrs before it can be used again.
you can use more than one oracle now

Actually that is incorrect, the oracle is able to be used again after one hour.
