Heya just a quick question re soulstones. If I have soulstones and soulstone fragments on a character on atlantic, can I transfer those stones to a different shard and they still work? (same account).

Also how do you 'flush' a skill from a soulstone? Something I have never done but I have some frags I want to 'clear' without putting the skill on a char, or do I just have to use the skill on a char then turn it down?

Yes they transfer. And another account can transfer them to original account.

There is an option to delete the points.
Most put them on another toon just in case.

All character on the same account, regardless of shard, may use the same soulstones. Soulstone may be shard transferred and used by any chars on that account.
