Hi!

It is in Malas, on the island in the red circle in the attached image.

This IF some of the people so respetful for the "departed" players memory (you know, the ones that made the SoulStones URECOVERABLE in IDOCs and having an high "Trash" value") haven't already paved it and thrown away the Stones.

Also believe that the Devs said they have (or will) stop accepting / adding soulstones to the graveyard a bit back (recent losses might not be there regardless).
