Well I don't think you need to deal with ea.com. You'd want origin.com or uo.com There's so many different websites it's gets confusing sometimes.
Your gonna have one password for origin.com where I believe your do your credit card info. Then you go to uo.com and need a new password and decide how you want to subscribe. 1 moinths 6 months etc. Then you have a different password to get into the actual game. If all that makes any sense. So if EA/Origin directs you to UO.com that's where you need to decide if you want to subscribe month by month or whatever. If they are sending you from uo.com to origin.com or ea,com that's where they want you to put in your credit card info. The online chat help at origin.com does work. I used it a few weeks ago.
Gotcha. Yeah and trying to get your money back for any reason you go on the EA list as "one of them" lol
