Sometimes the entire global chat system just goes offline. The list has always returned eventually tho, intact, when the system's hamster wakes up.

I just recently started using it so I was unaware. So I guess it is just like the....vendor search, housing, and in game store where it just goes down? *sigh* I think they need to upgrade to rats!
