How high past the 4th floor of a custom house can you build when you craft stone walls, floors, steps, ladders, etc? Can you make a complete new level or more?

You can, but it tends to cause issues with viewing on the north/west sides of the structure. I've seen some go up another 3 or 4 levels, but they are generally away from crowded areas, or up against mountains. If you "block" the view of other buildings around you, you may find your hard work removed by a GM - or even get a warning. Be careful with your mad building skills.
one more thing...
When you use crafted stone items, although they do not count toward your lockdowns, they are loaded as items and do cause a certain amount of "lag spike" for some people with slower-than-optimal connectivity to the shard. Keep that in mind if you want to have ppl visiting your structure.

If you are going to build floors above the 4th floor, you may need to use Gozas instead of Stone pavors as the pavors will pop back into ur pack it building to high.

if too high they will go into moving crate the next day, unless it has changed
