ok i am making a Samurai/pally thrower
with throwing getting damage from focus do i need anatomy ?
i am thinking
120 throwing
120 bushido
120 tactics
120 chiv
120 focus
120 resisting spells

I don't know who told you that focus increases damage for throwing... it doesn't. Throwing works like archery for that matter and gets damage boost from tactics and anatomy. Replace focus with something else on that template, put mana leech on your weapon and you'll be fine.
