Are there not going to be new items added to Jack bags of tricks for this Halloween??????? What ever happened to Kotl city? was supposed to open every year for Halloween and its been 3 years? turn it into a champ spawn?

Yes but spawn does nothing to get drops

I believe it was not the Kotl city that was supposed to happen every year, but the style of event. Which it has. The first of these was Treasures of Doom, then Treasures of Kotl City, Treasures of Sorcerer's Dungeon last year and Treasures of Khaldun this year.
When they turned Kotl off they mentioned they would use it for other Halloween events but they made those in Sorc Dungeon and now Kaldun But we knew Kotl was gone as we knew it.
Ok what about jacks bag of tricks?
Are they going to add items to Jacks bag of tricks, like they do for the horn of plenty?
