Are the Treasures of the Kotl City still obtainable by turning "Artifacts of Kotl" in to Julius the Researcher (I didn't see him at the entrance)?

If so,

- Do the Artifacts of Kotl still drop from the monsters in Kotl City?
- Where is Julius?

That event ended after Halloween 2016. 2017's Halloween event was at Terort Skitas in Ilsh and the Turn-in guy is still there if you have any old ones from Doom, Kotl or the Dungeon in Terort Skitas You can not get any new drops until the next event this Halloween.

Thank you, will the same artifacts be available this Halloween also???

Im sure there will be a new dungeon and new names on the arties, The new turn in guy should accept all of them. You can still turn in or claim rewards at Terort Skitas.
