help with uoassist vendor agent

I'm trying to use the uoassist's vendor agent to automatically price up some items when placed on a vendor.

Receive the following message when dropping a preset priced item on a vendor's main pack:

many mins later, the item has still not been priced and remains at 10gp.

Is it broken or am I doing it wrong?
(was very surprised to find no such equivalent agent in Pinco's UI)

Wait. I thought you wanted automation removed from the CC and the EC...

This is not something they plan on changing.

Is it a different facing direction item? exceptional vs non-exceptional? Please provide more information of this item vs other items.

This is working fine, it was operator error, i thought i had set the price of some essences and was putting a different type of essence (that i had not set the price for) into the vendor because i am stupid.
