If the house gets saved after going Idoc and the owners do not set their house back public, the vendors can still sell. Seen a few houses like that. No idea if they can be restocked without setting back to public tho. We can let Yoshi test that.

No idea. It would have been stocked before going into idoc. No idea if they are able to be stocked after.

Honestly it was a rhetorical question as it's clearly an exploit no different than say trinsic bridge houses i expect @Mesanna will be deleting them if not changed to public?

This is not the correct place to report an exploit. Report in game through the help menu using the 'harrasment' option or through the contact form
