people are complaining about a bug or whatever you can call during the event:

Reduce outgoing attack damage to umbrascale Hierophant by 41%

There is a"Feint" Buff at the bar, that will not go away, 10,20,30 min unless you kill yourself.

than after you restart all over again and you go to the dungeon , boom , Feint again.

is that the reason we all getting no drops?

There is indeed a place to post pictures, "uo-screenshots". 🙂
As for this particular issue, it is purely visual. Feint is specific to the mob that attacks you; it's not a global de-buff.
