When will New Legacy transfers open up?

I have been trying since yesterday but I keep getting the error that you can't transfer while the warehouse is down. Is there some issue preventing transfers? I thought they were supposed to begin yesterday? Anyone know?

Transfers couldn't begin until EVERY shard had the new publish. Publishes started with US East coast and then progresses round the rest of the world as each went through server maintenance.

Pro tip. NL had many more pet slots that were free, if your stable is full use stablecount to see how many stable increase tokens you need.

You wont be able to put back pets if it is full. Also some pets wont bond until your taming is 110 with jewel is fine. Need to eat scrolls.
