From the past Event, I seem to understand that worn Luck has an effect on the items that spawn into the Hidden Chests determining the higher or lower chances that better loot and rarity of items spawn.
Although, some say that having too much worn/statue Luck seems to have a counter effect and actually worsen one's own chances at better items... I have a hard time understanding why this would happen but, oh well...
The question that I have is, is "when" this "Loot Quality" determination happens... at what point...
Does it happen when the Hidden Chest gets found using the Detect Hidden skill or instead it happens when the Hidden Chest is actually made visible ? Or, does it happen when the Chest's lock is picked and opened and the items inside become visible ?
With Treasure Maps, my understanding is that the Loot quality determination happens when the Chest gets digged up (please correct me if I am wrong), hidden chests are not digged up, though, so when does their contents' quality gets chosen and worn Luck can factor in ?
Does anyone know it or, @Kyronix , can you please let us know ?
