RNG distribution is not uniform?

Couple days ago somebody at the discord channel was saying that RNG distribution in Ultima online is not uniform. According to that guy some people were able to tame 3 different uber rare Clydesdale with less than 10 chromatic totems in 2 days.

I tried to do a similar test. I bought 40 different dread guard talisman items. So far I have the following:

I have been lucky and only had to make 1 trade to get one of each.  Today someone wanted certain ones so I went to buy spares to see if I got what he wanted.  I got 3 Undeads in a row. Which is awesome.

You have enough data there to represent the average UO players RNG.  Its like Orc ship pieces.  Sometimes UO ring sux!  Especially when you want a certain one.

I'm not sure about how you are going to get RNG odds from buying totems (unless you mean your selected them from the turn in guy).

I have a almost 2 sets of cameos already so haven't really been taking the tali's but I have selected about probably 8 (because I wanted a Fey slayer). Not a ton of data to give you but my spread was something like this:

2 fey
1 demon
2 arachnid
1 undead
1 repond
1 reptile

I have my 2 fey slayers I wanted so probably won't get a lot more of these but will report back if I decide to take another handful.

The one of the previous events had a fey slayer tali- (In Corp Mani Xen) that doesn't even have durability.    PvM items wear out too fast for me to waste my time building suits that used irreplaceable items, especially when there are others with essentially the same properties that will literally last until the end.

As for the RNG, it'll take at least 1000 attempts to get a fairly accurate sample.   -I always assumed each variant of an item is weighted the same (equal chance to get any and all slayer types) but only a very large sample (or a dev chiming in) could really answer it.  and even then, there's no reliable way for you to control which slayer you get at any given time.

I haven't tested the auto repair but I'm guessing they don't. That said, they are relatively affordable at 50 drops. I can usually get close to that with a single round of killing commanders. If you play ATL, they are super cheap on VS...currently as low as 7m each (mostly repond/undead).

When it comes to PvM (especially for slayers) I usually swap out things based on what I'm fighting (ie slayer) so I don't think I will personally have an issue with durability as long as I'm not leaving my fey slayer tali on while I'm fighting random stuff that doesn't get a boost from fey. 

Since these are tali's.... has anyone gotten one that is "blessed for" yet? I've only gotten 8 so not nearly enough to see if that's a thing for these or not.

yesterday night was crazy strange night , yesterday night , I just found out that what some people said on some chat software about bragging about using very few totem and getting a lot of rare clydesdales turned out to be true . Yesterday , I just already used 3 totem at a clydesdale refresh point in T2A, but didn't get any clydesdale of any color . Then I went to repair the armor and immediately came back to the same clydesdale refresh point . The round trip took no more than 5 seconds . As soon as I came back then too crazy strange things appeared that a player suddendly appeared at the refresh point . The strangest and most outrageous thing was that when this player appeared , he only used one totem first time and killed only 5 to 6 clydesdales then refreshed to a not common rare color clydesdale . Isn't this really super weird ? In the end, I used 6 totem in total all night , but there was no common or uncommon rare color clydesdale too . If I say this is : Random Number Generator (abbreviation : RNG) , it is better to say this is : Artificial Player Residential Area Bias Generator (abbreviation : APRABG)

It's really extremely strange. Yesterday, after I posted a message in this discussion forum, today I went to another less-populated Clydesdale‘s spawning point on the Ilshenar. After spending less than 10 minutes washed Clydesdales there, a mysterious and quirky player of unknown origin suddenly showed up then just only come to cause trouble. That strange weirdo seems to know where my game character in game at that time. While harassing me, this person also kept using foul language for me with no reason. After this inexplicable harassment for over 20 minutes, this mysterious and quirky troublemaker just left. What's even stranger is that afterward, I used 8 totems in a row, and when combined with the 6 totems I used last night, making a total of 14 totems spent on washing Clydesdales, yet I couldn't even get a single Clydesdale of very rare or higher than very rare colors. Isn't this incredibly strange and eerie?

I love when that above scenario happens, some NOOB curses or says stuff about me in overhead chat, that's an easy page and you won't see them around anymore.

Spend a bunch of time at a craps table. Watch some one get all smalls, all talls.  Watch some dude win hundreds on Field bets in a few minutes. Then 10 minutes later the table is empty because no one can make a number last more than two rolls.

Random is random. 

Ask anyone at a slot machine, no you don't leave your spot for any reason, the next person will get a jackpot.

Sharing my strange experiences of the past two days here is considered selfish and self-centered?? Are you the mysterious and quirky player of unknown origin who suddenly appeared in front of me today and used swear words at me for no reason? According to your definition, does one have to harass others and hurl abusive language at them for no reason to be considered not selfish and not self-centered?? Your definition is quite absurd.

What do you hope to gain from this reporting?

I didn't gain anything, I just think that the things I encountered in the game these two days are very strange, so I just want to share with others the strange things I encountered in this game these two days to see haven't anyone has the same experience, but what can I gain from this? ? Why are you so active in replying and speaking for this game? ? You are so active in replying and speaking for the official of this game. I guess you can really gain something by doing this (or maybe you are an official employee of the game or a special game player who has a vested interest in the game official)

I believe you were implying in your first post that you felt someone was cheating in same way ? And in your following post you suggested that due to your first post that you came under some personal attacks in game all of which sounds a little crazy

Well ggggggggggggghhhh is implying someone was cheating somehow and he's been punished for pointing it out or at least I think that's what they said
