Uo.com not working

Is anyone else having problems with uo.com? I get the page is not working right now http error 503. I am trying to download EC client to get something off a vendor that I can't see I'm CC. Just seeing if it's something on my end or site is down.

I was trying to figure out if we can still get Leurocian's Mempo of Fortune. It seems the server is not responding right now. Other uo sites say you could only get it in a past event.

No you can not get the Mempo from turn ins.

The site has been down a while today.

Oh ya they put it there. And made the scope and bait craftable.

Probably not common since there are many drops and only the fisher gets a drop.
