I need more house storage on one of my accounts. I know there was a 7th character account you could get more storage. Is that the best one to get? I could research this I suppose but I feeling lazy :P

Okay I found it :P

Housing and Bank Storage Code $20
High Seas Booster $15
7th Character Slot and Storage $30

So all things be equal with 20% more storage I guess I'll get the High Seas booster for $15 :P

There is a 7th char + storage, and there is 7th char and storage sold seperately. It's one or the other choice, if you add the seperate ones you can't then also add the combined one. Total storage upgrade possible is 60% - that's 20 ML, 20 High Seas and 20 Origin store.
