I was thinking of increasing my storage by purchasing the "7th Character Slot and Storage" option but it is not showing up in the Origin Store. Is this a known issue?

The one that went with the 7th char slot is missing or hard to find.

The two stand alone "7th char slot" and "Increased Storage" options are available. The combined one is not. Going to where google thinks it should be results in a 404 error.
