UO Team gating client features? 3

Stop closing my discussions lol

It really sucks the UO Team are allowing developers to gate features behind additional products. Please update the real classic client to be comparable to other sanctioned clients and stop feeding us trash.

The mods have been pretty patient with you.  Frankly I’m surprised you haven’t earned some time off from here.

You can do better by messaging me via the mail system here on the forums if your not going to be constructive to the post. All your doing is trying to put me down and all I am doing is pointing out and asking for the UO Team to fix the large gaps of indifference in the approved clients and not gate features lol.

You keep referring to signing up for a free Discord account as "gating features behind additional products" like you think it's a really great turn of a phrase that will persuade people to your side. When do you think that's going to start happening? Because you've been repeating it for days now and literally no one gives a shit so far.

It would help if you discussed which features you believe are gated instead of these satire blurbs that don't describe anything

All features on UO's approved clients should be actionable on any approved client. The UO Team should honestly stop everything and start building one client with optional graphics like every other game in the world.

More people are likely to react like you to things they do not like versus join up a cause. I do not expect anyone to voice their agreements with me but I feel some people do appreciate my words and you can fight me all day but it will change nothing from my point of view.

What do you think the odds are that the Broadsword and/or CUO teams are going to shift their development priorities due to some some village idiot nobody agrees with, who "felt some people appreciated his words" while getting a bunch of threads locked?

I do not care how the paid developers feel when they are at work, I feel bad for the free devs on cuo side that got baited into dropping the ccWeb variant when clearly nothing else was really ready lol.
