I had a small stone tower and then placed a two story villa. I had two houses at the same time. So I tore down the small stone tower and some time later tried to replace my two story. However, I can not place a small stone tower or replace the two story in my second location now. What up with that?
Unless one was grandfathered you can only have one
In the second location I got the two story villa the first try. I have tried 100 times to replace in second location. All I get is the message "true".
There is a 7 day waiting period after placing a house unless you demolish ALL houses. Then it's only an hour.
You're allowed one house per account on regular shards but you can also have a house on Seige/Mugen and one on test center. Placing another house will make the first one decay and fall.
