Need help with house refreshing: My house is Condemned House -> Somewhat Worn ..

Hello,

I was placing "accidentally" a second house on a other shard then the one on my main shard , I demolished the second house (which was accidentally placed)

But my first house on my main shard is still a " Condemned House" -> Somewhat Worn ..

Is there anything I could do to refresh it but transferring it to a other account ?

Have to trade to a second account
