Unable to trade house - something about the person lacks entitlements for number of secure items

Any help would be appreciated!

Trying to move one of my houses over to another account that I've recently reactivated, but every time I try to trade, it gives me the following message:

"You have attempted to transfer this house to a person who lacks the account entitlements required to manage the number of secure items. Please reduce the number of secure items and try again."

The account in question isn't an endless journey/trial account, and I'm able to see "Housing and Bank Storage Upgrade" listed as a 'Feature' in my account management page.

Any idea how to fix this?

Too many items in the house? What upgrades to housing % does each have? Check in account management.

Remove a bunch of items then you could transfer. Or upgrade the receiving account.

Or the receiving account is EJ?

The "Housing and Bank Storage" increases the storage by only 20%. To get the full 60% increase you also need Mondain's Legacy Expansion (which should be free) and High Seas Booster Pack

Yes it says the account lacks entitlements. He needs to buy the 2 upgrades. I was being nice and not saying what it is. Operator error.

Look at the receiving house and look at max storage. Compare that to the selling house, what is your storage at? If you don't want to upgrade the receiving house to max storage simply clear up space, put items in a pack animal or bank.

He stated he was upgraded

I’m also guessing he does not have the additional banking upgrade for that account.

Removing items should resolve it
