This is what happens now if you have one on a vendor. 
The regs 'fall' out and are all over the vendor's backpack.
Just fyi to whoever fixes things.

Also - what happens if you put the statue in the main bag of the vendor? Does it still drop reags into it?

Yes yes and yes.
Always take the regs out before you put those on a vendor. This isn't recent but it's not that old either.

I always take them out before and they daily spawn inside the vendor bag. It only started happening to me in the last month or two.
