Will there be a newsletter in the near future? Last one was back on Nov 1st and in the past we’ve seen one at the start of the year that roughly shows the year to come.

I certainly hope that's not supposed to be an actual newsletter. Honestly, the lack of communication on the state or direction of the game is a bit disappointing.

The newsletter started out monthly, if I remember correctly... then I feel like maybe a year in, it started becoming bi-monthly, now It feels like maybe one or two a year..

Who writes these newsletters? Is there not enough in development to discuss?

Where are the Q&A questions coming from? -you can tell that some of the answers to those questions look like copy/paste jobs where whoever answered the question didn't read it, because there's no way in hell some of those answers even go with them sometimes. particularly in the bug section where half of them were answered with 'working as intended' -who in their right mind would think that's 'working as intended'?

For those who might have missed it-

Possible buffer/stack overflow in CC - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update.
2 bugs with lost artifact drops - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update.
vrulkax-the-exalted-artificer-deletes-items - The Scholar's Halo cannot be transmogrified into a Bone Helm due to incompatible medable properties (meditation item v. non-meditate item)
Healthbars not updating - We are aware of this issue and are looking into additional ways to address client performance
Transmogrified items cannot be repaired - This is currently working as intended.
Cannot repair parrot - This is currently working as intended.
epaulette non-repairable - This is currently working as intended.
Enhancing items is a NOP and wastes Forged tool charges - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update.
Scholars halo issues - The Scholar's Halo is a cloth item and the resulting Gargish Earrings are not cloth items.
Paralithodes are not working properly - This is a request to change the encounter, while we are not opposed to addressing this there is no current timeline as to when this might occur.
Commanded undead should behave like (tamed) pets that cannot be bonded, rather than being deleted - This is currently working just like the Spellweaving ability Dryad's Allure. During testing we were unable to lose zombies when traversing the world using the standard pet commands "all follow me" and "all stay"
Commanded undead suffer skill loss on release - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update.
Rubberbanding and lag on Energy field and wall of stone - This is currently working as intended.
Male wraith form broken in EC - This is currently working as intended.
Entering shadowguard bar room often results in death - We were unable to reproduce this initially, and further investigation is required.
Spoofed spellcasting text - We are evaluating this for future consideration.
Earthquake effect is unbearable - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update.
Certain mobs paralyze dead players - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update. All rewards listed in the Slasher of Veils special artifact list were able to be obtained during testing.
Enchant weapon incompatibility - This is currently working as intended.
Netherblast doesn't take slayer into account - This is considered a field spell and is working as intended.
Jewelry boxes should be capped at 125 items - We are aware of multiple requests for QOL improvements to the Jewelry Box and have added this to the request list.
Server side: Unexpected silent spell casting failures (can ignore spellbook UI time discussion points) - This is currently working as intended.
Mystic AOE spell don't interact with provoke properly - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update.
Confusion when running 2 bard masteries - This has been submitted into our bug tracking system and will be addressed in a future update.
Provoke animation continues when it shouldn't - Once the player has a specific distance from the mob, the effect ends.
Missing support for high resolution monitors - The suggestions in the thread are the best solutions to high resolution monitors currently available. We are evaluating options for future tech improvements.

Finally, the 'actioned accounts' section. -I've always been somewhat skeptical of the numbers, being on the outside, I can only speculate about it anyway....but one thing I always wondered about was the 'Multiboxing' -when it says there were 5 cases of multiboxing, do they mean 5 groups of accounts were suspended/banned for multiboxing, or just 5 accounts? (who would multibox with 5 accounts when it's not that hard to play them by hand?) -anyway...

The numbers always seem to be low based on what I see in-game personally, and clearly there are several people here on the forums bringing many ban-able offenses up that they see all the time.

I'm sure there would be more players vocal on the issue if they weren't encouraged to cheat, by the inaction of the devs/GMs on enforcing their rules, so most have started using third-party clients & other cheat programs.
