Krampus will be active between Thursday, December 7, 2023 12:01:00 AM GMT-05:00 and Thursday, January 11, 2024 11:59:00 PM GMT-05:00
You might be thinking of the winter champ spawn:
Following the conclusion of the Treasures of the Feudal Lands on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 11:59:00 AM GMT-05:00 a new champ spawn will become active following the completion of regular maintenance on every shard.
Given that holiday gifts, Krampus, and the artisan festival all end on Jan 11 the winter champ spawn probably also ends on Jan 11

Since the rewards from the spawn are all deco. It will effectively end a few days after it begins. So unless you want to be the only one there, start on the 21st.

I was hoping spawn might start same time i need my Krampus slayer!
