Just another post for the record books regarding the account management system.
I try to log into UO only to get a message saying I can't and a list of reasons as to what might possibly be the issue. Helpful? Somewhat.
I log in to the account management system and see my account is closed. Do we know why? Nope. Any emails from Broadsword? Nope.
I assume its my cards, despite neither of them being expired. I go to pay with my debit card and when I click next, absolutely nothing happens. Try this a few more times but nothing happens.
I try my credit card and when I push next, I get sent to the home page of EA.com.
Helpful? Absolutely not. Why is this even happening?
I go back and push next again, this time I get through and am finally able to pay with my credit card, which I really don't want to use in the first place.
Account restored and I'm back in game.
Plenty of room for improvement for this system.
