not all the items
there are some deeded items like large beds
raised garden,
that need to be in deed form
before you can customize it
now if you are trying to change to a different castle or keep design
then you have to take down all goza mats, deeded items
take out vendors, mannequins, anything that clicks in place like carpet or pavers
