Medusa Pumpkin / Sphinx Skull?

Has anyone that's been trick or treating and pumpkin carving this year had any luck with carving a Medusa pumpkin? Has anyone found a sphinx skull this year?

I managed to carve one Medusa pumpkin last year. I gave it away, figuring I'd carve another before too long. Didn't manage to carve another one for the rest of last season. And so far none this year either. And I've never had a sphinx skull drop. I talked to a couple other people who said they've never had the sphinx skull drop into their pack either.

Just curious to see how others are making out with these items.

Do you have a picture of the Sphinx skull? I could not find any info on Wiki.
