Will there be any organized PvP outside of Dungeon outpost? Something more large scale like Champion Spawns or Factions for guilds to fight over?

...As to pvp, it's possible in champion spawns, but it doesn't happen. Why?  That's not down to the dev's design choices, it's down to the current players...
