Does anyone know if there is any more inscription bod npc around all UO besides the 2 at the First Library of Britain. I'm on siege so the haven one I do not have access to.

there are 6 scribes in Britain. There's a library in Occlo, another in Jhelom and the Lyceum in Moonglow

To expand on that information. In Britain, the main library where the community collection NPCs are, and sage advice in East Britain in addition to the first library you mentioned. Each has 2 NPCs

Jhelom library, if memory serves, has 4 scribes, Moonglow Lyceum has 2 per building, totalling 8

Ocllo, I think, has 4 as does Zento.

I think there’s a scribe at the door to the bank building in Yew if I remember right.
